An unlimited source of carbon for agroecosystems is straw and organic post-harvest
residues of agricultural crops. However, the cycle of conversion of the latter by indigenous soil
microorganisms is slow and sometimes ineffective due to the activation of the pathogenic link of the
microbiocenosis with their subsequent accumulation in the soil. An environmentally appropriate measure
for the destruction of straw and post-harvest residues is the introduction of biological preparations with
cellulolytic properties.
