The article deals with the problem of implementation of the principles of European
education in the New Ukrainian School. In particular, the need to form a set of key
competencies at different levels of education was argued. The authors emphasize the
importance of educational innovation, readiness of teachers for renewed professional activities;
implement integrated educational courses in the field of school education and cross-cutting
content lines.
