Abstract
The article examines the application of artificial intelligence technologies in managing electronic
information resources within the public sector. It highlights the role of machine learning and natural language processing
in enhancing data processing, decision-making, and the automation of digital public services. The study presents practical
cases of AI-driven systems implemented in governmental platforms and outlines key challenges associated with their
adoption, including cybersecurity vulnerabilities and personal data protection. The conclusions underscore the
importance of algorithmic transparency, adherence to international information security standards, and the development
of digital competencies among public officials.
