AIR PROTECTION REGULATIONS IN POLAND
Abstract
The article discusses the most important environmental protection acts in force in Poland
since the 21st century. They concern sozological issues, mainly the protection of the atmosphere. The ordinances cover the rules of conduct of the population in cases of exceeded admissible concentrations of
air pollutants and plans of remedial actions.
