ПОРІВНЯННЯ СТАНДАРТУ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ “ЕКОЛОГІЯ” З ПРОФЕСІЙНИМ СТАНДАРТОМ “ЕКОЛОГ”
Abstract
The paper presents a comparative analysis of general and special (professional) competencies provided for by the higher education standard of Ukraine for the specialty E2 (101) "Ecology"
(2018) and the professional standard "Ecologist" (2022). The results of the analysis indicate almost complete quantitative and substantive compliance of general special competencies with some minor differences, mainly of a stylistic nature. Taking into account the latest orders of the Ministry of Education and
Science of Ukraine and European approaches to the formation of ESG standards (environment, social
responsibility and governance) allowed us to recommend that the developers of new higher education
standards include in general competencies not only an understanding of the need for society to transition
to sustainable development, but also the ability to determine the impact of relevant activities on environmental and socio-economic indicators.
