SWOT-АНАЛІЗ ЕКОЛОГІЧНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ ЄС І УКРАЇНИ В ГАЛУЗІ ОХОРОНИ ВОДНИХ РЕСУРСІВ

Abstract

The article provides a comparative SWOT analysis of the environmental policies of the European Union and Ukraine in the field of water resources protection. The key strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats for the effective management of aquatic ecosystems in both systems, are considered. It is established that the implementation of European environmental standards in Ukraine creates a basis for strengthening water security and ensuring sustainable development. At the same time, the need for institutional strengthening, technical updating and expansion of international cooperation in the context of climate change and military threats is emphasized.
