Abstract
The ecologically optimal zone of human life was formed during a long evolution. Human adaptive capabilities cannot change as quickly as the environment, which is one of the reasons for the emergence of most modern human diseases. Preservation of the health of the human population is one of the urgent problems of modern society. The level of health is formed under the influence of numerous factors - internal and external (chemical, physical and biological), the latter are united by the general concept of "environment". Over the past decades, the quantitative and qualitative features of human pathology have changed significantly. This is manifested in the growth of the number of so-called diseases of civilization (non-communicable diseases (NCDs), an increase in the share of chronic diseases, a change in the nature of the course, clinical and pathomorphological picture of many diseases, an increase in the incidence of the population. Changes in human health should be considered as population indicators of violations of human-environment relationships, that is, manifestations of biogeoplanetary pathology.
