Abstract

The problems of soil degradation and the use of synthetic means for combating insect pests are outlined. More environmentally friendly means for solving these problems are proposed. The mechanism of action and the effectiveness of the use of bioinsecticides in agriculture are analyzed. The prospects for the further use of bioinsecticides are considered.
