АДАПТАЦІЯ КРАЩИХ СВІТОВИХ ПРАКТИК СТРАТЕГІЧНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ У МІСЦЕВОМУ САМОВРЯДУВАННІ УКРАЇНИ
Короткий опис(реферат)
The article examines the directions of adapting the best international practices of
strategic management to the system of local self-government of Ukraine. The international experience of
such countries as Germany, Poland, Canada and Sweden is analyzed, in particular their approaches to
the formation of territorial development strategies, public participation, the use of digital tools and
ensuring the sustainability of management decisions. The need for the transformation of the Ukrainian
model of management at the local level is substantiated, taking into account the principles of openness,
flexibility and effectiveness. Basic guidelines for the implementation of these practices are proposed,
taking into account the national context.
