Abstract

The article reveals the peculiarities of the actualization of the cultural potential of the Bar community, which includes the creation of a city theater, the disclosure and development of the rich tourist potential of the community, the improvement of cultural and artistic services for the population, the development and support of creative teams, talented youth.
