Abstract

According to the results of long-term research, it has been established that the greening of the economy is a very complex, slow, but extremely necessary process, without which it is impossible to maintain a certain balance of interaction between society and nature. It has been determined that the modern economy of independent Ukraine has significant potential for the "green sector" of the economy, but so far, due to a number of reasons, significant results in this direction have not been achieved. It has been proven that the forced process of decarbonization of production occurs in all sectors of the world economy and is the result of the introduction of innovative technologies, environmental policies at all hierarchical levels. It has been established that an important trend in the "greening" of production and the technological component is the transition from the level of the national economy to the level of individual enterprises, which involves the gradual transfer of private capital from "brown" technologies to "clean". It is proven that the concept of the "blue" economy involves economic activity with an environmental effect, creating favorable conditions for the development of those sectors of the economy that extract and use marine resources.
