ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ КОНЦЕПЦІЇ “ЗЕЛЕНОГО ОФІСУ” В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

The article examines the prospects for implementing the “green office” concept in Ukraine as one of the effective tools for sustainable development and greening of management processes in various areas of activity. The main principles of the “green office” are analyzed, in particular energy efficiency, rational use of resources, waste reduction and the formation of an ecological culture among employees. The international experience of implementing environmentally friendly approaches in office spaces is reviewed and the potential benefits of their adaptation to Ukrainian realities are identified. The main challenges to implementing the concept in Ukraine are outlined, including insufficient awareness, limited funding and the lack of an appropriate regulatory framework. Strategic directions and practical recommendations are proposed for the dissemination and implementation of the “green office” principles in government institutions, educational institutions and business structures. The article emphasizes the importance of intersectoral cooperation and eco-educational activities for the formation of an environmentally responsible environment in Ukrainian offices.
