ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANCE GENE PROFILES IN THE SURFACE MICROLAYER AND UNDERLYING SEAWATER OF MARINE ECOSYSTEMS
Короткий опис(реферат)
This overview synthesizes recent findings on the distribution, composition, and ecological
implications of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in the marine surface microlayer (SML) and
underlying water (ULW). Emphasis is placed on how environmental gradients and anthropogenic
pressures shape the marine resistome, particularly at the air-sea interface.
