РОЛЬ ЕКОЛОГІЧНИХ ІННОВАЦІЙ У ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННІ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ РЕГІОНІВ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

The importance of environmental innovations as a key tool for achieving sustainable development of regions of Ukraine is studied. Modern trends in the implementation of environmentally friendly technologies and innovations in the energy sector, agriculture, waste management and industry are analyzed. The main barriers that hinder environmental modernization at the regional level are identified, in particular, the lack of investment, the absence of an effective regulatory framework and insufficient environmental awareness of the population. Strategic directions for activating environmental innovations are proposed, in particular through the development of public-private partnerships, stimulating "green" entrepreneurship and improving the environmental management system.
