КОМПЛЕКСНА ОЦІНКА ЯКОСТІ ПОВЕРХНЕВИХ ВОД НА ПРИКЛАДІ РІЧКИ ПІВДЕННИЙ БУГ
Abstract
An analysis of the problems of using water resources of the Southern Bug has been
carried out for further planning of measures for their restoration and preservation. It has been proven
that the increased impact of economic activity leads to a significant deterioration in the quality of surface
waters of the Southern Bug River, which is confirmed by a number of biological and physico-chemical
indicators. It has been studied that most of the surface waters of the Southern Bug River basin and
groundwater have a high degree of pollution by phenols, heavy metals, phosphorus compounds,
hydrocarbon components and various toxic substances. According to the analysis of the obtained
indicators, it has been proven that the formation of the hydrochemical regime of the Southern Bug River
occurs under certain physical and geographical conditions that determine the ionic composition of
surface waters
