<description>PROFESSIONAL BURNOUT OF TEACERS AS PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM IN MODERN CONDITIONS
Branitska, Tatiana; Ryabokon, Olga; Logutina, Nataliya
The	article	examines	the	concept	of	"professional	burnout"	as	a	&#13;
psychological	and	pedagogical	problem.	The	concept	of	manifestation	of	the	&#13;
phenomenon	 of	 "professional	 burnout",	 its	 components	 and	 levels	 of	&#13;
development	are	 considered	here.	The	 relationship	between	the	emotional	&#13;
state	and	the	process	of	professional	burnout	is	shown.	The	article	examines	&#13;
various	methods	of	manifestation	and	development	of	professional	burnout;	&#13;
it	 has	 been	 proven	 that	 the	 presence	 of	 emotional	 exhaustion	 leads	 to	&#13;
overwork	and,	as	a	result,	to	professional	burnout.	The	article	considers	the	&#13;
relevance	of	professional	burnout,	characterizes	the	signs,	levels	and	stages	&#13;
of	 the	 manifestation	 and	 development	 of	 this	 phenomenon.	 The	 authors analyzed:	the	latest	scientific	research	in	the	field	of	professional	burnout	and	&#13;
its	 impact	 on	 the	 success	 of	 professional	 activities;	 analysis	 of	 the	 latest	&#13;
studies	that	prove	that	the	level	of	professional	burnout	directly	affects	the	&#13;
productivity	of	the	work	process,	helps	to	better	understand	other	people,	&#13;
and	effectively	perform	professional	duties.	The	article	examines	the	levels	&#13;
and	 stages	 of	 the	 development	 of	 professional	 burnout	 in	 the	 system	 of	&#13;
professional	competencies,	such	as	managing	one's	own	emotions,	empathy,	&#13;
social	 competence,	and	others.	Various	methods,	trainings	and	 courses	are	&#13;
also	offered	to	correct	the	process	of	professional	burnout	of	teaching	staff.	In	&#13;
general,	 the	 article	 provides	 an	 interesting	 insight	 into	 the	 importance	 of	&#13;
taking	 into	 account	 the	 levels	 of	 professional	 burnout	 for	 the	 successful	&#13;
performance	of	all	types	of	work	tasks	and	success	in	professional	activities.	&#13;
The	problem	lies	in	the	fact	that	 currently	 such	 a	 syndrome	as	"emotional	&#13;
burnout"	is	 already	becoming	 a	well‐known	phenomenon	from	 a	practical	&#13;
point	of	view.	Constant	fatigue,	desolation,	a	feeling	of	lack	of	social	support,	&#13;
constant	 reproaches	 –	 are	 dissatisfaction	 with	 the	 profession.	&#13;
Communication	 with	 teachers	 shows	 that	 many	 teachers	 have	 all	 the	&#13;
manifestations	of	this	phenomenon.	Not	only	communication	with	teachers,	&#13;
but	also	surveys,	testing	and	monitoring	of	the	situation	clearly	shows	that	&#13;

<title>Peculiarities of Leadership Manifestation in the Youth Social Group</title>
<link>https://docs.academia.vn.ua/handle/123456789/1678</link>
<description>Peculiarities of Leadership Manifestation in the Youth Social Group
SHPORTUN, Oksana; BRANITSKA, Tetiana; KAPLINSKY, Vasyl; ZHAROVSKA, Olena; BAYURKO, Natalia; SIRYK, Eduard
The article actualizes the problem of becoming a&#13;
leader in a youth social group. Leadership is found to be a&#13;
natural social and psychological process within a group aimed&#13;
at personal authority influence on the behavior of group&#13;
members. At the same time under the influence we understand&#13;
the behavior of a person, which introduces changes in&#13;
behavior, relationships, feelings of another person. The&#13;
individually-psychological characteristics of the leader, the&#13;
determinants of development and the manifestation of&#13;
leadership are empirically determined and analyzed. The main&#13;
individually-psychological characteristics of the leader's&#13;
personality are empirically identified: a high level of self-esteem,&#13;
which affects all aspects of life, namely emotional well-being,&#13;
relationships with others, the development of creative abilities,&#13;
attitude to successes and failures; creativity, that is, the&#13;
personality must solve complex social problems, find new, nonstandard ways of action, flexibility in communication with other&#13;
people, emotional intelligence, flexibility of thinking, high&#13;
motivation, education, ability to find new methods to&#13;
implement a plan or solution, quickly switch from one way to&#13;
complete a task to another. It is established that the level of&#13;
formation of capabilities and skills required by the leader&#13;
depends on the listed individually-psychological characteristics,&#13;
which development is significantly influenced by the social&#13;
environment of the individual throughout life, namely, the&#13;
youth group. The characteristics of leaders in the youth social&#13;
group are revealed, in particular, in the process of intragroup&#13;
identification. The intragroup identification is enlightened in&#13;
acts of personal and behavioral likeness of team members to&#13;
each other.

<title>Neuropsychological Bases of SelfImprovement of Own Physical Health of Future Teachers in the Course of University Education</title>
<link>https://docs.academia.vn.ua/handle/123456789/1677</link>
<description>Neuropsychological Bases of SelfImprovement of Own Physical Health of Future Teachers in the Course of University Education
KOSHOLAP, Anatolii; MAKSYMCHUK, Borys; BRANITSKA, Tetiana; MARTYNETS, Liliia; BOICHENKO, Artem; STOLIARENKO, Oksana; MATSUK, Lyudmyla; SUROVOV, Oleksii; STOLIARENKO, Olena; MAKSYMCHUK, Iryna
The article says that despite the decline in health as a&#13;
professional value and self-realization, future teachers have&#13;
neurobiological inclinations for self-improvement and reflection. In this&#13;
regard, new pedagogical conditions and stages of the formation of students&#13;
'readiness for physical self-improvement are proposed, namely: students'&#13;
awareness of the importance of health as a necessary prerequisite for&#13;
personal and professional self-realization; their mastery of diagnostic&#13;
techniques, reflective analysis and practical skills to improve their own&#13;
physical condition; providing pedagogical support for students in physical&#13;
self-improvement. The experimental stage used a set of methods and&#13;
techniques: step ergometry, Rufier's and Cooper's tests, watching movies,&#13;
photos, test tasks, observations, interviews, questionnaires, expert&#13;
assessments and etc. The number of students being at the local reflexive&#13;
level increased from 12.2% to 22.2% and at the adaptive algorithmic&#13;
level – from 28.1% to 41.3%. The percentage of students at the directive&#13;
empirical level of competency in physical self-improvement decreased from&#13;
52.4% to 21.4%. The effectiveness of the designed methodology for&#13;
developing students’ competency in physical self-improvement was verified&#13;
by the formative experiment. The hypothesis of the study, which was the&#13;
subjective neurobiological basis of motivation to improve and reflect on&#13;
future teachers, was also confirmed, which contributed to the choice of the&#13;
appropriate profession in order to implement and transmit these personal&#13;
values
