Нині річка Дністер є суттєво трансформованою антропогенною діяльністю та знаходиться під впливом складного комплексу стресових факторів, а саме: забруднення вод, зміна гідрологічного режиму, трансформація прилеглих територій, тощо. З огляду на важливість Дністра як джерела питної води для великих міст, ситуація, що склалася загрожує не тільки навколишньому середовищу, а й здоров'ю людей. Основними видами діяльності та навантаження на водні ресурси басейну р. Дністер є: житловокомунальне господарство, промисловість, сільське господарство, включаючи рибне господарство, гідроенергетика та протипаводковий захист. Today, the Dniester River is significantly transformed by anthropogenic activity and is under the influence of a complex set of stress factors, namely: water pollution, change in the hydrological regime, transformation of adjacent territories, etc. Given the importance of the Dniester as a source of drinking water for large cities, the current situation threatens not only the environment, but also people's health. The main types of activity and load on the water resources of the Dniester basin are: residential and communal economy, industry, agriculture, including fisheries, hydropower and flood protection.

КЛОКИЧКА ПЕРИСТА (STAPHYLEA PINNATA L.) В СВІЖИХ ДІБРОВАХ НПП “КАРМЕЛЮКОВЕ ПОДІЛЛЯ” Білобров, С.І.; Шевченко, І.А. Проведено ретроспективний аналіз і комплексне дослідження природних дубово-грабових насаджень, та аналіз експериментальних даних щодо поширення та природного поновлення клокички перистої (Staphylea pinnata L.) на території ПівденноПодільського Лісостепу України. Для дослідження динаміки нагромадження самосіву і підліску, за рахунок вегетативного розмноження в різних за таксаційними показниками деревостанах, закладено 13 пробних ділянок. Описано ценопопуляції, які утворює клокичка периста в свіжих дібровах Південно-Східного Поділля. Вивчено філогенію даного виду та його систематичне положення. В регіоні дослідження відмічено високий відсоток репродуктивних особин, які здатні до самовідновлення насінням, тому віднесені до нормальних повноцінних. За рахунок вегетативного розмноження вид утворює куртини від 3 до 26 особин, щільністю 4–8 ос./м2. За морфометричними ознаками клокичка периста має середній діаметр стовбура 1,2–3,8 см, середня висота дочірніх особин в куртинах – 25–56 см, а висота материнських особин – 60–260 см. Ценопопуляції клокички перистої в районі дослідження представлені всіма віковими категоріями і належать до зрілих популяцій. A retrospective analysis and complex research of natural oak-hornbeam plantings, analysis of experimental data on the distribution and natural renewal of Staphylea pinnata is conducted on the territory of the southern Podilsk forest-steppe zone of Ukraine. 13 areas for testing are included in order to study the dynamics of accumulation of self-sawn and undergrowth at the expense of vegetative reproduction in different standing timper. Cenopopulations produced by Staphylea pinnata in fresh oakeries in the South-Eastern Podillya are described. The phylogeny of this type and its systematic position are studied. The region of the study has a high percentage of reproductive individuals which are capable of self-improvement by seeds. So they are referred to normal full-fledged. Due to vegetative reproduction the species forms clumps from three to twenty-six individuals, a density of 4-8 in./m2. According to morphometric signs the Staphylea Pinnata has an average diameter of a column 1.2-3.8 cm. The average height of the daughter individual in the clumps is 25-56 cm, and the height of the mother individual is 60- 260 cm. Cenopopulations of Staphylea Pinnata in the area of research are represented by all age categories and belong to the mature populations.

У статті розглянуто оцінку впливу господарської діяльності ТОВ “Люстдорд” у Вінницькій області на компоненти довкілля. Охарактеризовано історію створення підприємства, технології, виробничі потужності, сировинну базу, упаковку, найменування продукції, логістику, аудит і маркетинг. Вивчено оцінку впливу на різні компоненти довкілля. Доведено необхідність проведення екологічного контролю та запропоновано комплекс заходів, направлених на зменшення техногенного навантаження на навколишнє природне середовище. The article examines the assessment of the impact of economic activity of the LLC “Lyustdord” in the Vinnytsia region on the components of the environment. The history of the establishment of the enterprise, technologies, production facilities, raw material base, packaging, product names, logistics, audit and marketing are described. The assessment of the impact on various components of the environment has been studied. The need for environmental control has been proven and a set of measures aimed at reducing the man-made load on the natural environment has been proposed.

В запропонованій статті проведено аналіз деяких проблемних питань, що призвели до невтішних результатів реформи медичної галузі. В різний час Уряди України, що починали і продовжують здійснювати ці реформи, не задіяли реформування всіх структур управління служб охорони здоров’я. Це стало однією з причин, які призвели до негативних наслідків в якості надання медичних послуг населенню, де найбільше відчувають цю проблему аграрні регіони Східного Поділля. The proposed article analyzes some problematic issues that led to the disappointing results of the reform of the medical sector. At different times, the Governments of Ukraine, which started and continue to implement these reforms, did not engage in reforming all management structures of health care services. This became one of the reasons that led to negative consequences in the quality of providing medical services to the population, where the agrarian regions of Eastern Podillia experience this problem the most.
